Scaling Radar — August 23

2026-08-23

40 candidates, 15 new alerts, five of them meaningful.

New alerts

Find Em All! - Hidden Objects (Agave, Android) — 5 → 18 countries in a day, #8 in Belgium. Yesterday an iOS alert fired on this same title — now Agave has opened the tap on both platforms at once.

Idol Manager (Sekspir, iOS, 7 days) — #9 in Turkey from nothing. A classic Turkish soft launch, check back in a week.

解憂夢幻島 (Aidian Network) — HK/TW, #6 in Taiwan, IAP catalog $0.29–$699.99. An entry with heavy IAP monetization on narrow geo.

Cute Scoop DIY: ASMR Packing (Blackgems, 9 days) — soft launch in ID/MY/TH/TW. The publisher's second title on the list — see the publishers block.

Sky Flight Simulator (PlusMaster, 25 days) — an entry into ID/IN/PK, a cheap test for volume.

Another 10 — noise: one country, zero reviews, including a couple of CU8 casino wrappers in Nigeria.

Breakdown

Cat Match (SoftoVerse, 9 days) — for the third day running Play confirms multiple growth: the bracket is up again, already 50,000+. 9 countries, all of Asia, #3 in the Philippines, 1,723 reviews a day. The cleanest early phase on the list.

Smash Land! (Flow Games, 9 days) — holds 18 countries, rank improved #28 → #20 (Switzerland), 823 reviews a day. The whole rollout is tier-1 Europe, a mirror of Cat Match — these two keep moving as a pair from opposite ends of the map.

Hair Salon Halloween Party (Uchiha Global, 6 days) — 29 countries and 1M+ installs on day six of its life, #9 in Argentina, and reviews finally started (+95% in a day). Not a test but a blitz: a seasonal title rolled out in one salvo.

Bus Jam: Traffic Trouble (Gimica, 19 days) — only 6 → 8 countries, but look which ones: DK/FR/GB/NZ, #4 in Canada. Narrow expensive tier-1 instead of a carpet — on geo like that the test is clearly paying back.

Gugu Gaga (Goldoint) and Rampcrest (Hubkom) keep running up: 11 → 17 countries (#13 SA) and 11 → 13 (#9 PK). But both still have zero reviews with 100K+ brackets — the volume is there, no live audience in sight. Third day in a row.

Movement

Up: Bus Crowd 23 → 30 countries — a fourth day of acceleration. ASMR Cleaning 30 → 32, reviews 8 → 18 a day. Driving School 32 → 34 — the restart has reached nearly full geo. Nail Salon 11 → 14. Block Bloom #22 → #15 in Vietnam.

Genuinely down only Bendy's Nightmare Run on iOS: 13 → 7 countries, a second day of contraction — while Android holds steady at 35. And Royal Smash! (Cypher, iOS) 36 → 31 — looks like the rollout peak has passed.

Gone from the fresh alerts but not from the charts: Craft Builder (Coup Coup) actually grew 36 → 39 countries and #28 → #15, Mystery Dumpling holds 47 countries and #1, Lordrush — 19 countries, #4. Too early to bury them.

Publishers

Agave Games — Find Em All is now burning on both platforms: Android shot up to 18 countries, iOS holds Benelux (#18 in Belgium). Counting Find The Cat 2 and Art Block Puzzle, the publisher keeps driving the entire portfolio.

Blackgems — a new portfolio player on the list: Home Clean (13 countries, #15 in India, a restart) plus the fresh soft launch of Cute Scoop DIY in Asia. An ASMR conveyor on the Vietnamese model.

Brocker Bus Studio — Mystery Dumpling 47 countries with #1, Bracelet Maker 43. A portfolio on full geo.

Money — August 23

Who pays back. There is still only one benchmark: Medal Hunter (Ten Square) — Top Free in 40 countries and steady Grossing in 8 (#29 in Czechia). The only title on the list where buying visibly converts into revenue day after day. Bendy's Nightmare Run holds Grossing in 2 countries — modest, but against the iOS contraction it is an argument that the Android side of the campaign is not running at a loss.

Volume confirmed, monetization is ads. Cat Match — the install bracket jumped for a second day running, 1,000+ → 10,000+ → 50,000+ in three days. There is no IAP catalog at all: all of that pace is monetized with ads. The same model across the whole ASMR cluster: ASMR Cleaning (1M+, 32 countries), Hair Salon Halloween Party (1M+ on day 6), Nail Salon — brackets growing, IAP empty. Normal for these genres, but it also means the margin depends entirely on eCPM, not on whales.

The catalog is there, the money is not. The most interesting basket. Triple Harvest (Flyfox, 67 days): 1M+ installs, catalog $0.99–49.99 — and zero countries in Grossing in its third month of life. For a game that age that is no longer "early", it is IAP that does not sell: they live on ads or they are buying at a loss. Next to it Ocean Block Shoot (HM Games, 38 days, 500K+, catalog up to $99.99) — the same profile, but it still has a month of excuse left. Smash Land!, with a catalog up to $99.99 and empty Grossing, is too early to touch — it is 9 days old, the question will come to it by the end of September.

Betting on whales from the doorstep. 解憂夢幻島 (Aidian) entered HK/TW with a catalog of $0.29–$699.99 — a ceiling of seven hundred dollars on its second day in the charts means the economy is built from the outset on a couple of percent of payers. The narrow, rich geo was picked precisely for that.
