Scaling Radar is operated by Mikhail Ivashchenko IE, an individual entrepreneur registered in Yerevan, Armenia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

What the service is

Scaling Radar tracks publicly available app-store chart data — Top Free and Top Grossing positions, review counts, install brackets and release dates across iOS and Google Play in 47 countries — and turns it into a daily report about mobile games that appear to be entering a user-acquisition scaling phase.

The reports are analytical opinion derived from public signals. They are not investment advice, not a statement of fact about any publisher's spending or revenue, and not a substitute for your own research. Scores, rankings and section placement reflect our scoring model and change as the model changes. We do not guarantee that the data is complete, current or free of error: the underlying sources are undocumented public endpoints that can change or break without notice, and a missed or partial collection day is a normal operating event.

Accounts

One account belongs to one person and is identified by an email address. Sign-in links and session cookies are personal — do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Plans and payment

The free plan gives access to one report older than seven days, with shortened charts. The Pro plan opens every daily report, section history, full charts, watchlist alerts and the API, for the price shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle, not us, is the seller of record for your purchase: it issues the invoice, collects any applicable VAT or sales tax, and handles chargebacks and payment disputes. Paddle's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page or the Paddle customer portal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before a renewal, and you may cancel before that renewal if you do not accept the new price.

Fair use

A Pro subscription covers one seat: one person inside your company. Reports, exported data and API responses may be used internally — including in decks and analyses shared inside your own organisation — but may not be resold, republished publicly, redistributed to people outside your company, or used to build a competing data product.

The API is rate-limited by common sense rather than by a published quota: automated polling far beyond one daily collection cycle, scraping the site with headless browsers, or sharing an API key across companies are grounds for suspension. If you need higher volume or several seats, write to us — this is a conversation, not a violation.

Availability

We aim to publish a report every morning, but we do not promise a service level. Collection depends on third-party sources we do not control, and a day can be missed. Planned maintenance, source outages and failed collections are not grounds for a refund beyond the refund policy below.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that charges back a legitimate payment, or that is used in a way that threatens the service or other users. If we terminate without cause, we refund the unused part of the current period.

Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or decisions made on the basis of our reports.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with its date. Material changes affecting paying subscribers are announced by email at least 30 days in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, and disputes go to the courts of Yerevan, unless mandatory consumer rules in your country say otherwise.
