How this list is built
- Installs: Google Play publishes only a bracket (100,000+), App Store publishes nothing. The number that exists in both stores and moves with installs is the count of ratings, so the list is ranked by ratings growth over the window; a Play bracket moving up puts the title first.
- Baseline is required: the title must be in the charts on the first run of the window and have ratings (and, on Play, a bracket) from its first two runs. No baseline, no row — a jump from nothing is usually a collection gap, not growth.
- Titles with fewer than 50 ratings at the start, or fewer than 5 new ratings a day, are left out: +200% from 10 ratings says nothing.
- Countries, best rank and Grossing are context. Market weights (US 3, JP 2.2 … PK 0.4) are used where chart presence is weighed.
- Runs: chart weight per run — bar up grew, bar down fell, dash flat; ×N is the number of confirmed rises. On radar: days the title was in Signals, New or Movement.
