Scaling Radar — August 18

2026-08-18

40 candidates, 16 new alerts — six of them substantive.

New alerts

Spider-Man 2: Mobile (SPACE INC 786, 14 days) — 1 → 11 countries in 24 hours, #97 → #32, and Grossing in three countries right away with a single $19.99 package. A clone under someone else's IP, not HC, but the buying is real.

Water Sort: Romantic Dream (Blue Blaze, 7 days) — 4 → 7 countries, all tier-1: AT/CH/CZ/DK/FI/NO plus Korea. Reviews +24% in 24 hours.

Obby Escape Prison 3D (Play Paradigm, 35 days) — 5 → 8 countries, entirely cheap geo (AR/CL/CO/EG/IL/PE/SA/VN), #48 → #42.

Smash Out: Cannon Fest 3D (Flare Star, 32 days) — 5 → 8, entering GB/BE/NL/GR/IT. Tier-1, ranks in the tail of the forties.

Don't Stop the Beat: EDM (Fjordforge, 89 days) — 0 → 3, precisely Scandinavia, #58. A single-region test.

Content Creator Mansion (NAPHORA, 5 days) — one country, Portugal #56, but 50,000+ installs on day five. There's volume, there's no geo.

The other 10 — one country, zero reviews a day, noise.

Breakdown

Water Sort: Romantic Dream — the best early case of the day. Seven days, seven countries, the review curve breaking upward. Expensive geo from the start, without a cheap run-in — which means the creative has already been proven on another title.

Zoodoku! (HURELAX, iOS, 23 days) — 2 → 7 countries, PH #19 → #13, 185 reviews a day and a 60% increase in review velocity. Twenty-three days, seven countries: the phase is only beginning, and this is caught in time.

Dear passenger (WINNER FEED MILL, 12 days) — 1 → 4 → 7 → 13 countries in three days, PK #22. Rolling out through tier-2 (PH/PK/PE/CL) into GB/IE/AU. 50,000+ installs, one package at $14.99–19.99.

Ragdoll Skater (KAYAC, 82 days) — 2 → 20 → 21 → 27 countries in three days, #95 → #26. A salvo across all of tier-1 Europe and Asia at once, without gradual expansion. Powerful, but it's not the start of a phase: 82 days and 27 countries — the entry has already happened, we're looking at the middle.

For contrast: Find The Cat 2 (Agave, 200 days) — 39 → 41 countries, HK #5, 463 reviews a day. The score is high, there's nothing to catch: two hundred days and 41 countries is the end of the rollout, not the start.

24-hour movement

Get Color Pack (Tripledot) 28 → 33 countries, #21 → #15 — taking all of Southern Europe and Scandinavia. Endless Puncher (Rollic) 12 → 19, entering BR/AR/CL. Boom Chip Battle 13 → 18. Crafty Blox World 20 → 24, TR #23. Pattern Flow Logic 13 → 16 and a sharp VN #18 → #5. Meowdoku! on iOS 29 → 32 (BR/CZ/IL/PL). Jigsaw Drop on iOS 14 → 16, VN #8.

Slowed down: Chickpot Load has stood at eight countries for a second day — the DACH salvo was a one-off. Perfect Bento 7 → 5 countries, holding KR #21, but the gains are over.

Genuinely gave way: Boom Champions (NexorForge) 5 → 1 country — yesterday's alert didn't go, the tier-1 salvo deflated in 24 hours. Human Rise 20 → 15, World Builder Craft 3D 19 → 14, Drama Story 34 → 29.

Publishers

Oakever — four titles on the list: Meowdoku on both platforms (32 iOS / 35 Android, both #1), Zen Color 27 countries, Paint by Number 20. The whole portfolio, not one game.

Tripledot — Get Color Pack accelerating, Angry Smash frozen at 10–11 countries.

Nebula — Tap Tile! 45 countries, Block Bloom 8 and growing. GOODROID — CubeAway 42 and Bus Traffic Fever 46.

On both platforms at once: Jigsaw Drop (Runyou), Meowdoku (Oakever), Royal Smash! (Cypher). All three are buying on both stores simultaneously.

Scaling Radar — money, August 18

Today's Android list falls into two unequal piles: almost everyone who is widely rolled out is completely absent from Top Grossing.

Who pays back

Royal Smash! (Cypher Games, 55 days) — 46 countries in Top Free and Grossing in 42 countries, #20 in Turkey, 5,000,000+ installs, purchases up to $99.99. The only one on the list whose reach and money match almost one to one. Plus it's on iOS in 32 countries — the publisher is buying on both stores.

Endless Puncher (Rollic, 78 days) — the reverse picture: Top Free is only 19 countries, and Grossing is in 13, #36 in Australia, purchases up to $179.99 at 50,000+ installs. The money came before the volume — that's hybrid-casual economics, where what matters isn't reach but basket depth.

Spider-Man 2: Mobile (14 days) — 11 countries in Top Free and already Grossing in three, #33 in Israel. One package at $19.99, 10,000+ installs. A clone under someone else's IP, but the payment goes through.

Volume grows, no money

Crafty Blox World (Tappy Game, 40 days) — 1,000,000+ installs, 24 countries, a purchase catalogue up to $29.99, and zero countries in Grossing all week long. Forty days and a million installs without a single dollar in the chart — either the monetization is ad-based, or they're pouring at a loss. For a forty-day-old that's already a question, not a cushion of time.

Find The Cat 2 (Agave, 200 days) — 41 countries, 1,000,000+ installs, 463 reviews a day, purchases $2.99–8.99, Grossing empty all week. Two hundred days of that kind of rollout without Grossing is the most worrying set in today's list.

Get Color Pack (Tripledot, 141 days) — 33 countries, 500,000+ installs, purchases up to $89.99, Grossing at zero. Tripledot knows how to count, so this is most likely a deliberate base-building phase. But so far the money isn't visible in the chart.

Shoot Die Repeat (Heseri, 36 days) — the only one today whose install bracket jumped up, to 50,000+. And yet it's one country and #81 in Australia. Installs are growing outside the charts — which means the traffic isn't coming from store organic.

Pure ads

A separate group: big reach, live purchases in the catalogue, and a zero in Grossing on every day of the week.

Meowdoku (Oakever) — 10,000,000+ installs, 35 countries, #1, purchases $3.99–69.99. Tap Tile! (Nebula) — 45 countries, 1,567 reviews a day, no purchases at all. Jigsaw Drop (Runyou) — 46 countries, 2,347 reviews a day, no purchases. Cash Arrows (StatusWorld) — 5,000,000+ installs against five countries in Top Free and 1,922 reviews a day.

The last one is more interesting than the rest: the volume is many times larger than the chart reach, meaning the game has long been living on retention and ads rather than on buying. Tap Tile! reads the same way, with 45 countries and an empty purchase catalogue — all the income is in impressions.

The single expensive package scheme

Dear passenger ($14.99–19.99), Obby Escape Prison 3D ($14.99–19.99), Spider-Man 2 ($19.99), Gold Miner Inc ($8.99–11.99) — a narrow bracket instead of a ladder. That isn't economics, it's a one-off "remove ads" sale: such titles hit their ARPU ceiling right after the rollout.
