Scaling Radar

Scaling Radar — August 31

2026-08-31

40 candidates, 21 new alerts. Eight of them are meaningful, the other thirteen are noise: one country, zero reviews.

New alerts

Paint & Color: Hide Seek Guys (HIGAME Studio, 5 days) — a volley into 16 countries, #33 in the Czech Republic. HIGAME already has "Paint & Hide: Color Guys" running under a neighboring legal entity — 15 countries, #2. The same mechanic, two wrappers, buying for both.

Monkey Obby: Master Escape (H2T Global, 3 days) — 5 countries, Turkey and the Gulf, #33 in TR, 61 reviews/day on day three. IAP up to $169 — a hybrid, not pure HC.

Amaze Belle: Escape Puzzle (OSIRIS INFO SEC, 3 days) — 8 countries, but going straight into Scandinavia and Japan. An expensive test, not a soft launch; either they're confident in the metrics, or it's someone else's money.

Galactic Merge Idle (VOODOO, 188 days) — 3 → 18 countries in a day, #13 in Taiwan. The age isn't radar material, but VOODOO has clearly opened the tap, and the money confirms it (in part two).

Astro Arena (KRAFTON, 61 days) — 1 → 6 countries, #7 in Taiwan, present in Grossing. Not HC, but an exemplary rollout.

Also Trail Bind (KAYAC), Phantom Match (Gamee) and Fruit Merge Drop (Gimica) — narrow entries, too early to follow.

Who we caught early

Prison Break: Dig Escape (oZ Studio, 24 days) — the best on the list. 2 → 9 countries in four days, #83 → #26 in Greece. European geo, a steady staircase, no volleys. A classic start of a phase, and by score it's only ninth.

KPOP Sandbox: Demon Hunters (Q8Power, 20 days) — 3 → 17 countries in two days, #67 → #23 in Ireland. The fastest acceleration among the young ones, and expensive geo right away.

+1 Speed Slime Escape (Beos, 30 days) — holding its pace for the sixth day running: 1 → 14 countries, #88 → #14 in Vietnam. Asia is cheap, but the curve is steady, and that matters more.

Splash Buster (Nebula, 34 days) — 3 → 14 countries in three days, #94 → #64. Only just moving.

For contrast: Craft & Survive (82 days, 22 countries) and Car Driving Open World (68 days, 24 countries) are at the top of today's list by score, but that's a late catch — both are already scaled, there's nowhere to enter.

Movement

Gainers: Nail Salon ASMR 12 → 20 countries and #10 in Colombia, Flying Rope Hero 2 → 13 and #38 → #10 in India, Ragdoll Survival 9 → 17, Mystery Dumpling: Squishy Box 21 → 32 and #25 → #11, Rope Flying Hero Prime 20 → 28, Wonder Castle for the sixth day running, 14 → 16.

Pullbacks: Goddess Diff, which on Friday I called a confirmed acceleration, cut 27 → 13 countries in a day with #11 unmoved — the pour was stopped, and that's my forecasting error. GOGO! Blast 33 → 25, Block City Mansion 32 → 29 and #9 → #16.

Publishers

HIGAME — 12 titles in the charts under three legal entities, four of them in active rollout across 16–40 countries. A conveyor with no pauses, and the most interesting thing to watch on the radar.
oZ Studio — 4 titles, two growing at once: Prison Break and Ragdoll Survival. The flagship Ragdoll 3 sits at 33 countries.
Brocker Bus — three ASMR unboxing titles at 47, 38 and 32 countries. The whole portfolio on one mechanic.
H2T Global — 5 obby parkour titles, the fresh Monkey Obby plus Keyboard Escape at 15 countries.
Nebula — 5 in the charts, but pulling in different directions: Splash Buster is accelerating, GOGO! Blast is giving ground.

_Deltas are over three days, not 24 hours._

Money — August 31

Today is one of those rare days when the money section is more interesting than the daily digest: one title flooded Grossing all at once, while several of the volume leaders still haven't shown a single dollar.

The tap is open

Galactic Merge Idle (VOODOO) — 2 → 30 countries in Top Grossing in a day, best position #73 in Vietnam, and in parallel 3 → 18 countries in Top Free. This is the sharpest move of the week: buying and monetization switched on simultaneously, not with a lag. IAP $1.99–$49.99, install bracket still 50K+ — meaning Grossing is running ahead of volume, so few people pay, but those who do pay a lot.

Astro Arena (KRAFTON) — growing slowly and correctly: Grossing 4 → 6 countries, #75 → #54 in Brazil, Top Free 1 → 6 countries. Every new market pays back right away.

American Farming 2 (SquadBuilt, 10 days) — Grossing 2 → 12 countries, #53, with two countries in Top Free. It lives on IAP, not on buying; unusual for a ten-day-old title.

Install brackets went up

Cute Scoop DIY: ASMR Packing (BLACKGEMS) — 100,000+, 36 countries, 580 reviews/day. Mystery Dumpling Glitter Unbox (HIGAME) — 100,000+ on day five. Bracelet DIY: ASMR Charm Maker (HIGAME) — 5,000+ on day four.

Volume growing, no money

The main storyline of the day. Mystery Dumpling: Unbox ASMR (Brocker Bus, 23 days) — 47 countries, 5,000,000+ installs, 2,699 reviews/day, IAP in the catalog $9.99–$14.99. In Top Grossing — zero countries. Three weeks of maximum reach and a complete absence from the money chart: either the whole model runs on ads and the catalog purchases are decorative, or they're buying deep into the red. For a three-week-old title with five million installs, the latter would be expensive.

Both clones have the same profile: Mystery Dumpling Glitter Unbox (HIGAME, 40 countries, #2) and Mystery Dumpling: Squishy Box (Brocker Bus, 32 countries, #11) — bracket up, Grossing empty, no IAP at all. This whole mechanic seems to live purely on advertising. Anyone entering the niche should be counting eCPM, not IAP.

More worrying cases, where age no longer excuses an empty Grossing:

Living on retention, not on buying

Colony Flow! (ABI Games) — Grossing in all 47 countries, #11, with 20 countries in Top Free. Royal Smash! (Cypher Games) — Grossing 42 countries, #19 in the US, 5,000,000+ installs. Knock Fever (Kite Games) — 17 countries in Grossing, #48, and not a single country in Top Free at all. Pixel Mage: Idle RPG — Grossing 2 → 10 countries, #13, Top Free one country.

Separately: for Royal Smash! Android gives 42 countries in Grossing, while the iOS version of the same title has zero at 30 countries in Top Free. A platform gap that size usually means the iOS build either wasn't monetized or is being run on a test budget.
