Scaling Radar — September 12
2026-09-12
40 candidates, 26 new alerts. An iOS day: three titles the radar has been tracking all week accelerated at once, and one new entry looks like a launch with a budget already in place.
The main thing
MiniMuses (Studio Sirenia, 4 days) — US #6 → #4 → #3, now 16 countries and #4. The geo doubles every day: 1 → 2 → 8 → 16. The whole English-speaking tier-1 plus PL and PH on its fourth day of life. Too late to catch, but the creatives are worth a look.
Fish Sort Puzzle — Bubble Jam (SUPLIFE) — 3 → 5 → 8 → 18 countries on iOS, rank #17 → #9 → #5. A few days ago I noted that the chart was growing faster than the audience; the geo has grown sixfold in three days, so that question is closed. On Android the same title sits at #2.
Pixel Gun 2 (Cubic) — it is back. On iOS: 2 countries #19 → 18 countries #7 → 21 countries #3 in three days. On Friday this looked like an impulse burst with a dip in the middle; the dip turned out to be a pause between waves.
Young titles with narrow geo
Ultrapool: Pool Roguelite (offbrand games, 18 days) — entry from zero, 3 countries, ES #18. A pool roguelite: ten-second mechanics with a meta on top. By age and narrowness, the most interesting entry of the day.
Bus Simulator: Coach Master (Last Gear, 8 days) — TH #15, 587 reviews a day on 50k installs. That many reviews on that volume in eight days is either a very sticky onboarding or incentivised ratings; worth checking by hand.
PiratePack Voyage (Rays Crane, 14 days) — 3 countries, ES #17. Star Spark (Courier Tree, 18 days) — KR #16, 11 reviews a day.
Tap Tile! (HURELAX, 138 days) — one country, VN #21, but 354 reviews a day and reviews up +150%. The geo is narrow, the volume no longer is — a Vietnamese test to resuscitate an old title.
The obby wave
Two "steal a…" clones at once: Steal a Eggs — Grow Animals (Portak, 16 days) — VN #8, purchases up to $54.99, and Monkey Obby: Master Escape (H2T Global, 15 days) — TR #13, 85 reviews a day. Plus Obby Speed: Keyboard on iOS holding a fourth day: 5 countries, IL #7. The entry geos for the whole wave are identical — TR, VN, the Middle East.
Movement
Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle (Funfinity) — 23 → 25 countries, #8 → #6 on iOS. Seven days of growth without a single pullback, the best trajectory of the week.
Wild Water World (Just Game) — 20 countries, #1 for an eighth day in a row. A plateau, but at the top.
Agave is giving ground: Word Tiles 9 → 7 countries, Find Em All! 7 → 3. Both pulled back the day after the ramp — the test is over and the decision was not in favour of a rollout.
Publishers
SayGames started two titles on iOS on the same day: Steelborn: Tank Idle RPG (DE #20) and BagMaster Isekai (TW #23). Both are more than two months old — a warm-up before a portfolio decision.
DM Tec is holding two jigsaws: Slide Jigsaw (16 days) and Jigsaw Heartwave Girls. Oakever — again with two (Colorever, Connect Tracks). Easybrain showed signs of life: Arrow Puzzle 3D, US #45 on 1,022 reviews a day.
Another 18 alerts — noise: one country, zero reviews.
_Today on Android — ranks, Grossing and installs only; the geo deltas there are unreliable. Deltas are over 3 days, not 24 hours._
Money — only what the store showed us itself
The buying is paying off
Knock Knock: Room Defense (Joy Nice Games, 14 days) — the find of the day. Grossing: 8 countries #34 → 12 → 17 → 18 → 22 countries #14, six days of growth in a row with no pullbacks. Top Free #4 in Chile. A fourteen-day-old game already standing in the revenue chart in 22 countries and climbing is not a test, it is buying that pays for itself from week one. A rare case, and exactly the kind to follow.
Colony Flow! (ABI Games, 91 days) — Grossing 47 countries, #11 → #9 over the week. The geo ceiling was taken long ago; only the position is still growing.
Pixel Gun 2 (Cubic) — on Android it is barely visible in Top Free, while in Grossing it went 1 country #84 → 9 countries #47. Buying on iOS, money on Android — the picture is holding for a second week.
Food Hunt: Pixel Puzzle (Funfinity) — Grossing 44 countries #10, flat all week while the iOS version accelerates. The money is already there; the geo is catching up.
Installs moved into a new bracket
Gugu Gaga: Keyboard Escape (Goldoint, 29 days) — 1M+. In a month of life.
Jigsaw Heartwave Girls (DM Tec) — 500k+.
Snake Away (MelloPlayGame) and Nut Stack (Nova Games) — 100k+.
Sand Fill: Block Puzzle (Stormborn), Connect Tracks (Oakever), Jelly Drop (CSCMobi) — 50k+.
A bracket jump is the hardest fact we have: it is not an estimate, it is Play itself confirming a multiple increase in installs.
Volume is growing, the money isn't showing
Smash Out: Cannon Fest 3D (Flare Star, 56 days) — 744 reviews a day, +60%, 100k+ installs, Top Free #5 in Greece. Zero countries in Grossing. For a two-month-old title that is no longer "early": either monetisation is entirely on ads, or they are buying at a loss.
Arrows World (FunForge, 182 days) — 1,402 reviews a day, 1M+ installs, NG #7, Grossing empty. The largest volume on the list without a single country in the revenue chart.
Angry Smash (Tripledot, 52 days) — 814 reviews a day, US #9, Grossing empty. For Tripledot this may well be deliberate ads-only, but two months without Grossing is a reason to look at their creatives rather than their product.
Boom Crush: 3D Blast Fun (Arcloom, 63 days) — 574 reviews a day, Grossing empty. Same diagnosis.
Correction
Sand Fill (Stormborn, 37 days) — on Friday I wrote it off as a "two-day salvo". On Android it is alive: Grossing 1 country #99 → 2 countries #81, installs in a new bracket, Top Free #11 in Belgium. Slowly, but in the right direction — on iOS it was a salvo, on Android a normal rollout is under way.
