Scaling Radar

Scaling Radar — August 7

2026-08-07

917 in scoring, 40 above the threshold.

New alerts

Twenty-two, six of them meaningful. The rest — one country, zero reviews, and this time a batch of slot wrappers slipped through: Joker Jewels, Joker Match Run, Fortune Gems, Blue Ball Wins, Real pokies for Australia.

Separately, MHA: UNITED SURVIVAL (KLab, 18 days) — 0 → 23 countries, #1 in Hong Kong, and straight into Grossing at #24 in Japan. The numbers are at the top of the list, but this is a licensed anime IP and midcore: that's what franchise release marketing looks like, not HC user acquisition.

Breakdown

Astro Merge and Don't Pop! (Gimica GmbH) — the publisher came in with two titles at once. Astro Merge on day seven: 4 countries, #4 in Singapore, geo strictly tier-1 (AU, CA, SG, US). Don't Pop! — 0 → 13 countries in three days, #2 in Singapore, reviews from zero to 239/day. The most interesting name of the day.

Soul & Soup: Cozy Spirit Merge (FatherMade) — 7 days, 1 → 3 countries (JP, KR, TW), #24 in Taiwan, 22 reviews a day accelerating +31%. An Asian soft launch at the very beginning.

Coin Merge Fortune (Vletutors, 33 days) — 5 → 9 countries, #8 → #2 in Thailand, 434 reviews a day, +31%. A third day running of gains in both geo and position. The cleanest phase profile as of today.

My Garage: Idle Tycoon (no way studio, 90 days) — 1 → 7 countries, entry into AT, AU, CZ, DE, DK, GB. The position is low, #39 in Denmark, but the vector is western, not cheap.

Medal Hunter (Ten Square Games, 92 days) — 19 → 30 countries, #28 → #8 in Czechia, Grossing 3 → 8 countries. Yesterday it "quietly started moving," today it's already accelerating.

FurrJam: Hop In! (EASY PLAY) — 25 → 36 countries, #6 in Japan, 633 reviews a day. But 176 days: this is the middle of the phase, not the beginning.

Movement

Cookingdom (ABI) 16 → 30 countries, #39 → #26 — the smoothest growth on the list. Alongside it, Colony Flow! 20 → 28 and Grossing #22 → #18 already in 45 countries. Zen Color (Oakever) 12 → 24. Find The Cat 2 (Agave) 28 → 34, but still zero in Grossing — a fourth day in a row. Knock Fever — Grossing 18 → 29 countries and #52 → #40: monetization has caught up with the buying.

In the red: Crafty Blox World (Tappy) 15 → 3 countries and #18 → #64, a collapse over three days. Angry Smash (Tripledot) dropped out of the charts entirely. Stack Smash (Tripledot) 36 → 27 and #8 → #16 — a second rollback in a row.

Publishers

Gimica GmbH — five titles in the charts, two new alerts, a synchronized start. ABI GAMES — Cookingdom and Colony Flow! growing together for a third day. Oakever — Zen Color +13 countries, Meowdoku and Amaze GO! holding #1 in 36 and 45 countries.

Four portfolios folded up almost simultaneously: Tripledot −29 countries across two titles, Sprigame −27 across four, oZ Studio −19, Validus Labs −19.

Both platforms at once: Royal Smash! (Cypher) — 47 countries and #1 on Android, 31 and #1 on iOS.

_Deltas are over 3 days, not 24 hours._

Scaling Radar — Money, August 7

The wave is over. At the start of the week 35 games jumped their install bracket upward in a single day; over the last two — exactly one, Frozen ice catch (10k+ → 50k+). The store no longer confirms volume growth for anyone on the list.

First time in Grossing

Monetization, on the other hand, has switched on. Over two days, 24 games younger than six months appeared in Top Grossing for the first time.

Rebel Glam (31 Dress up Games, 106 days) — yesterday this said "ten million installs and zero countries in Grossing," today it's #43 in five countries. Monetization lagged the buying by about a week, but it switched on.

Heseri Games — two titles at once: Car Evolve #43 in 4 countries and Shoot Die Repeat #77 in 4 countries, while it isn't in Top Free in a single one. The second case this week of a game landing in the revenue chart first and only then (or never) in the buying chart.

Also: Starlight Tales (Shahin Soft, 22 days) — #74 in 5 countries with two in Top Free. Paint Hide and Seek (ISAAC STUDIOS, 48 days) — #39 in 4 with one. Carnival Blast! (XGame HK, 24 days) and Jigsaw Glamour (Validus Labs) — two countries each.

Grossing is growing

Cooking Blast (Tremex, 195 days) — #28 → #12, coverage 30 → 42 countries, while Top Free is only 14. Classic retention: the buying stopped long ago, the old audience pays.

Duck Sort: Quack Squad (Smart Project, 71 days) — #91 → #55, 1 → 11 countries, not in Top Free at all. The same profile, only younger.

Jelly Busters (Moon Active) 19 → 33 countries. Colony Flow! (ABI) #28 → #18 and 34 → 45 countries. Food Hunt — #20 → #17 with 39 countries in Top Free and 45 in Grossing: a rare case where both charts nearly coincide.

Paying back the buying

Royal Smash! (Cypher) — 47 countries in Top Free and 40 in Grossing, #1 and #18. Clash of Critters (FARLIGHT) — 33 and 43, Grossing #3. Frost Valley (LITEORANGE) — 42 and 34, #14. Colony Flow! — 28 and 45.

Volume is there, money isn't

Twenty-five games hold 25+ countries in Top Free and zero in Grossing. The most notable:

Separately, Mini Soccer (TSACom, 39 days) — 47 countries and #1 with 1M+ installs, but no purchases in the catalog at all. That isn't a monetization failure, it's a deliberately ad-based model; same box for Amaze GO! and Jewel Coloring.

Scaling Radar — week in review

The window is 5 days with data, not 7.

Who we flagged and what became of them

Five rolled out, five deflated, twenty-seven stalled in one or two countries. The stalled ones are normal and the price of the method: most tests don't go anywhere, and a fourth day in one country means you can close the tab.

The deflated ones are more interesting, because we praised two of them this week.

Keyboard Escape: Speed Parkour (H2T GLOBAL) — on Monday 23 countries and #6, by Friday 9 countries and #13. We analyzed it as an acceleration; in reality it was the peak of the buying, not its start. Lesson for the future: 23 countries on day 44 of life is no longer an entry into the phase but its end, and at that moment the radar was showing something other than what we read into it.

Arrow Launch (KAYAC) — 13 countries and #51 → 2 countries and #78. Wonder Match (Gamee) — 15 → 7 countries, four days down in a row.

Flyfox Games deflated with two titles at once: Triple Harvest 12 → 7 countries, Zapout 6 → 1. When two titles from one publisher fall in sync, it isn't the titles that ran out, it's the budget.

Among those that did roll out, two worked quietly and without noise, and we barely discussed either: CubeAway (GOODROID) 17 → 26 countries over the week in even steps, and TDZ Pro (LEKE) 2 → 7 countries from #17 to #5. Both are slow manual rollouts of one or two countries a day — the most boring and the most reliable pattern.

Genres and geo

Country gains per title for the week: only Arcade (+0.16) and Board (+0.29) are in the plus. Everything else is flat or negative, and Simulation lost 82 countries across 123 games — the most widespread contraction of the week, and that despite nine new alerts in Simulation.

New alerts by genre: Puzzle 39, Casual 34, Action 16. Puzzle and Casual are meanwhile barely growing in geo — that is, plenty of applications, no rollout.

Entry countries for games younger than 60 days: SG, JP, KR, TW, US, AU, HK, NZ, CL. No Turkey, no Brazil, no India — for a second week soft launches are heading into Asia and Oceania. That's where the cheap test is right now.

Publishers of the week

A week of shutdowns. Tappy Game −29 countries across two titles, Sprigame −27 across four, oZ Studio −19, Validus Labs −19. Four portfolios folded up almost simultaneously and with no external cause.

Two in the plus: Agave Games +18 (the entire gain on Find The Cat 2) and Oakever +15 across five titles.

Separately, KAYAC — four titles in the charts, and all four behave differently: Slow Mo Strike sits in 44 countries, Bounce Ball Escape −2, Arrow Launch deflated, Mammoth Hunters has only just entered. The portfolio isn't moved with one button, each title is tested separately. Nebula Studio reshuffled its budget internally: Zoodoku +14 countries, Tap Tile −4.

Money

Thirty-nine games jumped their install bracket upward over the week — and almost all of them on the same day. After that, zero: the volume growth was a one-off event, not a trend.

Twelve of them have purchases in their catalog and zero countries in Grossing. The longest-standing in that state are Find The Cat 2 (189 days), Gear Love (142) and Snake Away (86) — for games that age it's no longer "early," it's the answer.
